Day 6: 30 day photo challenge


A picture of a person I’d love to trade places with for a day.



I had hard time thinking about this one. But after thinking for a while, I think I’d like to be Manny Pacquiao for a day. Not for the luxury and the wealth that he has (well, let’s admit it. Partly, YES! Haha!) But I would like to be in his shoes, a very influential and famous person. I would like to influence as many people as I could to be better. To do better. To be kind. And most of all, to be a good follower of the Lord. Yes. I strongly believe that if there is fear and love of the Lord, then there will be lesser crime. And if there’s a strong love of the Lord, faith will follow and strong faith can lead to a prosperous life. (Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you) I know it’s never too late for us to be better. To improve ourselves. And being the person Manny Pacquiao is today, believe me, there are more people who’ll listen to him than to Noynoy nor Obama.

Say a little Prayer

Last Sunday, I attended our Church’s service. As always, I felt like Ptr. Bong was talking to me. He reminded us that God want us to pray at all times, for in praying we talk to Him. It’s our chance to tell Him whatever we would like to say. And recently, sad to say, I had less time to pray. I am guilty. I feel ashamed. Just like what the Lord told us in Thessalonians 5:16 - 18 16   Rejoice always,   17   pray continually,   18   give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. Regardless if we’re happy, sad, angry, terrified, lost, satisfied or anything, we have to pray. We have to pray to ask for guidance and most importantly, to glorify Him for everything. Starting tonight, I will try my very best to be more prayerful and to spare time for Him.

May oras ka pa ba?

Bago mo pa maramdaman ang sweetness, ang thoughtfulness at lahat pa ng “ness” you need to spare some time. Mahirap naman magpaka sweet kung wala kang time, diba? Kahit sa phone, in person o sa chat pa yan – it all requires time. Ang pagbibigay mo ng oras sa mga taong mahahalaga sayo only shows kung gano sila kahalaga. Yung mga oras na ginugugol mo sa kanila, pwedeng pwede mo gamitin sa ibang bagay, sa ibang tao, pero mas pinili mo sya. Madalas, sa mga tao ngayon, hindi na napapansin ito. Rejuvenated.

I know. I owe you a lot. I've been invincible for quite a while and I did that on purpose. Anyway, I've been going through a lot recently but before that, I'd like to make a rundown of what happened to me for the past few days. 05Mar2011 I'm now a year older and hopefully, wiser. I just stayed at home though. :) Thank you for all those people who remembered my life anniversary. :) Then a few days after I celebrated my birthday, somebody broke my heart. I opted not to have it discussed. =l Whatever it is, love will find it's way. And as a result, I've decided to have a major chop off make over. :) Oh well, then I get myself involved to this. :) and got plenty of this. And afterall, life's BEAUTIFUL.
